Obtaining an Estimate for Your Custom Built-in Cabinets

Typically, initial discussions over the phone and via email will enable for us to provide an estimate range.


  1. Provide your name, daytime phone number and installation address.
  2. Tell us if it is a single family house, town house or a high-rise installation location. What floor from street level?
  3. Send photo(s) of your existing room & area proposed (via email, low resolution).
  4. List basic dimensions of the intended installation walls (wall width, wall height & depth of cabinets desired). See our Layout Design Form.
  5. Type of finish initially desired (paint, stain grade wood or a thermofoil finish).
  6. Provide a brief description of how you intend to use the space (tv area, home office, bookcases, dining, bedroom, kitchen, etc.).
  7. List any dimensions of pertinent items you wish to display or hide (tv size, stereo equipment, speakers, pc equipment, toys, dinner plates, etc.).
  8. Please feel free to reference one of our photos as an idea! This will help with understanding your inspiration.

Then, if this estimate figure meets your budget range and you wish to proceed, we will initiate the next steps to begin the complete process, including field measuring your space. Often, we will bring photos, samples and our design tools to your home or office. Then, we provide 3d drawings for your full review prior to any construction.

Our custom cabinets typically have a wide range in cost for any given space. 

 

Costs are typically dependent upon quantity and size of cabinets, materials & finish selected and the complexity of design and installation. 

 

In general, custom cabinets are more expensive than pre-manufactured cabinets however you will be much happier with the quality, fit and finish! We are very competitive in price and offer an excellent value. Our installations often last the life of your home and always provide a return on investment.

 

Minimum order amounts listed below ($1,500.00) are waived when several areas are purchased at the same time.

  • 1- Custom Built Ins:

    Bookcases, Library, Built Ins, Home Office, Entertainment Center, Fireplace Areas, Bedroom, etc.

    • $400.00 (simple open bookcases) to over $1,000.00 (elaborate, stain grade) per running linear foot, installed with tax.  
    • That said, a majority of our Paint lacquer finish installations fall in the $600.00 - $650.00 per foot range for 8' high. Therefore, for example, a 10' wide unit may cost $6,250.00. Again, there are many variables to consider.
    • Often, larger pieces will cost less per linear foot than smaller units. 
    • Minimum purchase amount is $1,500.00.

  • 2- Closets:
    • Closet Systems  $1,500.00  minimum order amount

  • 3- Custom Kitchen Cabinets:

    • Delivery is available
    • Design assistance is available. Often, we start with your basic layout and desire...
    • Re-facing, misc. parts and/or door replacement is not available. 
    • Installation, counter tops, plumbing, electrical and flooring is typically completed by others and not available. 
  • 4- Custom Bathroom Vanity
    • Custom Vanity Cabinets  $1,500.00  minimum order amount
    • Delivery is available
    • Design assistance is available. Often, we start with your basic layout and desire...
    • Re-facing, misc. parts and/or door replacement is not available. 
    • Installation, counter tops, plumbing, electrical and flooring is typically completed by others.
  • 5- Custom Woodworking Solutions:

    If you can imagine it, we can build it....  Typically a more expensive option, providing the discerning buyer additional options and details.
